Referee Training Classes

First time referees must be 12 years old on or before August 1, 2017, and they must obtain a Grade 8 license from the United States Soccer Federation (USSF).  Grade 8 USSF license candidates must complete a comprehensive training class which is administered by the California North Referee Administration (CNRA). 

Gold Nugget Soccer Club (GNSC) hosts a CNRA Grade 8 Entry Level Referee Course each year in our area allowing our community’s youth and adults a convenient opportunity to become certified.  The class is open to the first 30 candidates to register, and it is offered at no charge to club-sponsored candidates.  The course is a combination of online, classroom and field-day sessions as follows:
